After almost 48 hours of labor, the superwoman Melinda brought our little big man into this world. I got to catch and cut the cord and then the three of us settled down in bed to get to know each other. Finn began feeding very soon after the birth and gave the both of us the good night sleep we really needed after two days with very little sleep. He slept through the whole night, except when we got him up for a midnight snack and the first poop, oh my so much black poop for such a little body. We’ll be at home recovering for the rest of the week and in the near future. Hope everyone is well.
